A Letter to All of Our Members

To Our Dearest Members,

It is with great regret we must inform you Pars Publishing will be shutting down its operations effective December 22nd, 2017. Due to the alarming surge in licensing fee costs demanded unanimously from the majority of our industry’s biggest publishers we rely on to bring you access to our large inventory of titles, it has, unfortunately, made it impossible for us to be able to continue providing our services without significantly raising prices for our members by nearly 276%.

Please be aware we have vehemently fought against these slew of recent price hike demands and have done everything within our power to negotiate a more fair market value for these licensing fees in order to continue providing our services at an affordable price to our members. Unfortunately, at this time, it appears all negotiations have reached a dead end and have proven fruitless thus far. For this reason, we have been forced to cease our operations until further notice.

Please be assured all members will be automatically issued a prorated refund based on the remaining term of their annual contract. Any questions or assistance regarding this cancellation can be directed to refunds@parspublishing.com.

We want to thank you for helping Pars Publishing become the world’s first online library of highly rare and exclusive books ranging from notoriously government sanctioned and censored titles unavailable in eBook format anywhere else in the world, all the way to the latest contemporary releases and bestsellers from Iranian authors located in both Iran as well as the Iranian diaspora community abroad. We thank you for your years of loyalty and for allowing us to bring you access to a wealth of information to your schools, organizations and students.
